ABOUT CRTU
Founded in 1959 by a group of dedicated Michigan anglers, Trout Unlimited expanded to become a national conservation organization with a large nationwide membership. Volunteers are involved at every level, from local restoration, water quality, and fish habitat, to setting the National Fish Conservation Agenda.

Our primary focus as an Oregon Chapter is the restoration of native Salmon, Steelhead, and Trout in the Clackamas River basin and other Oregon waters.
Our Home River
The Clackamas River starts between Mt Hood and Mt Jefferson in Oregon, and travels West to join the Willamette River near Oregon City. It is approximately 83 miles long and drains 940 square miles.
